Been a bit quiet on here during the shift from farming to not farming, as the rains hit and we closed the farm down for the season. It’s the time for reflection on the year, and to share stories. This photo is from last weekend at the VUFs farming forum. I got to share about our experience this year of starting a CSA program, alongside three other amazing female farmers. Grateful for the local farming community, the experience,wisdom, perseverance and humility embodied in this group of people.

The sun today brings me back to sunny day harvests this fall

We're happy to participate in the Vancouver Urban Farm Society's Annual Forum on Nov.18. The forum brings together urban farmers from across the region, policymakers, food security advocates, and urban agriculture enthusiasts.
