As we near the end of the year we want to wish all of our Riverside families a wonderful holiday! We know that this year has been a strange and sometimes difficult time for many of us, however, we truly appreciate the support, encouragement and perseverance that has allowed our students to continue to laugh, smile and learn together. Thank you to the students, the staff and the families for making this possible. ... https://riv.tldsb.on.ca/2020/12/16/holiday-spirit/

The flag at our school is lowered to mark the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence against Women on Sunday, December 6, 2020. The National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women is about remembering victims. It is also a time to take action and stand up against misogyny, sexism, and hate; and it starts with creating a culture of respect. https://riv.tldsb.on.ca/2020/12/04/flag-at-half-mast/

Hello Riverside Families! Greetings from your Riverside Terry Fox School Run team. Despite this being a bit of a different year, we still hope to celebrate the energy and spirit of one of our favourite Canadian heroes - Terry Fox. This year is the 40th anniversary of Terry’s Marathon of Hope, and Riverside is proud to be continuing to support his legacy.
