A poem from Moncton Pickleball Club: Happy New Year Well 2020 is finally done... and to be honest it was not that much fun Pickleball started well indeed but along came Covid and it started to impede we scraped and scrounged to play outdoors the weather was great and so where the scores Then came another one of those orange zone we all cursed and started to groan Back to the yellow we sang out in glee We got to play again, but it was not carefree Masks had to worn and fogged up my glasses I could not see and was slow like molasses My game did suffer for that is my excuse so I am telling 2020 to vamoose. With a vaccine coming up fast Lets hope 2021 is more of a blast Happy New Pickleball Year See more
