First off, a big thank you to everyone who spoke up and helped us get an exemption from the new restrictions!! It feels so good to have our voices heard!! I am so grateful. With that being said there are some new requirements that need to be met before you are able to get in for massage. As of Dec 23/2020... -All clients must have either a written prescription from a Medical Doctor, or a written referral from a regulated health professional (such as: chiro, physio, acupuncture) -An existing written prescription/referral is only valid if issued within the last 12 months. -A copy of the original written prescription or written referral is acceptable. -The written prescription or written referral must be provided prior to receiving treatment. -A copy of the written prescription or written referral must be kept in the client’s file. If you do not have a referral/prescription for massage, you can book a free consult with one of the Chiro's at our clinic location to get one! *These consults are for clinic appointments only*

Merry Christmas!!! From my family to yours

These past few days have been crazy! Crazy from getting as many clients in as possible, crazy with emotions.. & although I'm super bummed about being shut down, I am also filled with gratitude. Gratitude from hearing clients share the impact massage therapy has on them, seeing more progress from treatments, sharing laughs, and getting to end my day with some home made goodies that a client brought in for me. Ps. Here's a smile for you guys since you don't get to see mine b...ecause of the masks! Lol. I can't wait to see you all in 2021!!

Another shut down is amongst us.. massage will be unavailable for 4 weeks starting Sunday Dec 13. With that being said, it is so important to take care of your health. Your physical health, emotional health, and mental health!! Please note that chiro, physio, and acupuncture will be still open, if you aren't sure who is best to see please message me, I'm more then happy to refer you! 1 877-303-2642 is the Alberta mental health hot line. It is open 24/7....

Guess who's back!! While the world might be a bit different, I am super excited to get back to working with all of you again! Please know that we will be following all the proper protocols to ensure the health and safety of our clients and our community.... Direct billing and online booking is available for the clinic location. RAPID, Theraputic, Relaxation, 30 mins and 60 mins treatments will be available. Keep and eye out for when we start offering 15 mins RAPID sessions too!! Please let me know if you want to be pre-booked for our June 19th start date!
