I have spoken with many people about massage therapy and there is a general misunderstanding that your massage therapist heals you. If you come for a 1 hr appointment per month, that is 1 hour out of 720 hours that you are with your therapist. We can ask your body to heal, but you must make sure you are supporting your body to make that happen. Self-care is a much bigger factor in your health than most of us think! Make the time to move, drink water and love yourself unconditionally!
