Diabetes Canada has resumed pick up operations of the textile bins. Donations can now be placed in the bins.

Municipal playgrounds are allowed to be open. Please note: Groups of more than 5 are not allowed unless all persons are from the same household. All persons not from the same household must maintain physical distancing of 2 m (6 ft).

The Province of Manitoba will be testing the Alert Ready system on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 1:55 pm.

Notice to Voters Holding an election during a global pandemic presents challenges. The Provincial legislation requires that the election proceed forthwith, which is what we are doing. Our challenge is ensuring we comply with Public Health requirements for everyone’s safety while at the same time we work to ensure voters have the opportunity to vote. There is potential for unknown situations on the days of advance voting as well as election day. If voting in this election is ...important to you, as a voter you are strongly encouraged to apply to vote by sealed envelope. The application to do so is available on Municipality’s website in the Notice section. Scanned applications together with the required identification can be sent by email to [email protected] and must be received no later than November 29, 2020 (by November 20 is recommended). The sooner you apply the more sure we can be there will be time for your ballot to be returned to us in time.
