Jessica is smiling because she got a coffee and helped families by rounding up for RMHC. When you visit your local McDonald's Canada, ask to round up your order to the nearest dollar to support families with a seriously ill child in your community. You'll be helping moms like Jessica, who stayed at RMHC Toronto while her sons were seriously ill. Please share this post to let everyone know you’re planning to Round Up for RMHC!
For the Perreira-Jardine family, being together is extra special this Family Day. They had to stay at RMHC Toronto to be by baby Wolfe’s side in the hospital when he was born prematurely. Now, they are happy to be home and watching Wolfe grow everyday. Wishing everyone a #HappyFamilyDay filled with time together.
Happy Lunar New Year Keanna and other kids at our House celebrated by creating their own dancing dragon craft in our virtual program session.

"Giving in my will is a way to help families in crisis even after I’m gone, says Susan, a Legacy Circle donor. Brothers and best friends It can be scary for Brayson to hear about his baby brother’s heart disease, but staying at RMHC Toronto means he can see he’s okay after treatments and be comforted by his parents.
Emmett is one of the many kids at RMHC Toronto who enjoyed building and decorating their very own chocolate haunted house. Thank you Mars Wrigley for your support to host this creative - and delicious - virtual activity to safely bring RMHC Toronto families together for some Halloween fun. Bella and her parents just arrived home in Saskatchewan after staying at RMHC Toronto. The family expected to spend 3 weeks in Toronto, which turned into 3 months for Bella’s treatments, surgeries, and bowel transplant assessment. Our Family Room at Markham Stouffville Hospital has officially re-opened! We have implemented new processes so we can safely support family members staying close to their seriously ill child in the hospital. While things may look different, our care and hospitality remains the same. #keepingfamiliesclose
Chris, a long-time RMHC Toronto supporter, says buying weekly Catch the Ace tickets is his new favourite way to give. It’s a feel good moment when I buy my tickets for the next weeks raffle, because I could win the Ace jackpot and 50% of the proceeds are supporting families. It’s a win-win for everyone. Thank you for your support, Chris! Experience the anticipation of winning for yourself and buy tickets to Catch the Ace https://bit.ly/35BL4kT
Being located in downtown Toronto, you’d never expect to see beauty and nature at RMHC Toronto. Our House was purposefully designed with outdoor spaces since nature can be grounding and comforting during a stressful time.

We will forever be grateful to RMHC Toronto for giving us a place to stay when the fifth member of our family joined us unexpectedly at 27 weeks, weighing 2.3 pounds. The House allowed us to stay together, which made this difficult time easier.

Leaving home for your infant son to be listed for a heart transplant is scary enough as it is. But imagine doing it during the COVID-19 crisis. Carolyn, mom to Josiah, had those feelings of fear and anxiety as she came to Toronto from New Brunswick earlier this year to wait for a new heart. "I can't put the feeling of being here into words. RMHC Toronto saved our lives," says Carolyn. She shares how staying at the House is supporting her family as Josiah's journey to a new heart continues https://bit.ly/3izJYJm
