Issuing of Spring Road Ban Permits: With the Municipal Office being closed to the public, Spring Road Ban Permits will be issued via fax, email or mail. The cost remains the same as last year at the rate of $25.00 per single-trip permit or $100.00 per multi-trip permit. Administration will invoice for permits after Spring Road Restrictions are lifted. Please remember to provide contact information if your request is sent by email or voicemail message so that we can contact you with any questions or concerns.

Effective March 17, 2020 COVID-19 NOTICE: Amid the recent COVID-19 concerns, the RM of Clayton No. 333 is taking extra precautions in order to assist in stopping the potential spread of the virus throughout our community. As such, please note the following:... The Municipal Office is requesting the public to limit personal interactions with the office unless absolutely necessary. In order to facilitate this and encourage social distancing, our office will be closed to the public. The RM of Clayton Office will remain in operation with the staff completing functions within the office itself, or if required remotely from home. We are requesting that any questions, concerns or communications be addressed over the phone or through email rather than stopping in at the office at the present time. If an appointment is required, contact the municipal office for arrangements. We are encouraging payments for any receivables to be made through electronic means (i.e. online banking, EFTs, Email Money Transfers, etc.). If you do not have these services set up, please contact our office and we would be glad to assist you as best we can. As always, cheques may be mailed in for payments as well. As per The Municipalities Act, council meetings must remain open to the public. Therefore, the next council meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on March 18, 2020 will proceed as scheduled. However, if there are any issues that any ratepayer would like addressed outside of the council meeting setting, we strongly encourage those arrangements to be made in order to limit people gathering. Items can also be added to the agenda by contacting the RM office or can be brought to the table by a member of council. The RM Shop will also be closed to the public but operations will continue as usual. Contact your Division Councilor, RM Shop or Municipal Office as required.
