There will be two sessions in this workshop. The first session will be by Fisheries Biologist, John Whitaker, entitled "Where did our lakes come from and where are they headed". When you consider flushing wipes down the toilet please reconsider doing so. As you can see in the pictures below the "Flushable Wipes" get wrapped up together... and don't breakdown or dissolve like toilet paper before reaching the lagoon. These wads of wipes actually jammed the pump at one of the Municipality's lift stations. Please do your part by only flushing toilet paper when you do flush. See more
