Mobility Flow . . This year I have been consistently going to yoga and realized that the practice is a great addition to my heath and mind. I’ve taken a couple of staple poses and created my own flow which helps open the chest and lengthens the spine. If you are a student or desk worker, I highly recommend you try this mobility flow .... . Remember to take your time and slowly control each movement. You can repeat this flow sequence as many times as you like, and lastly focus on the inhales/exhales to maximize the effects of each pose . . Tag a friend who you think should try this flow ! Modified Glute Bridges . Many of you may have probably learned how to perform a glute bridge, but do you know how to modify it to target more of the hamstrings? .
