It's November! Which also means that cold and flu season has started. Generally, it is recommended to cancel your massage appointment if you have any symptoms beginning that could indicate a common cold or the flu. Here's a chart that shows symptoms to watch for, for colds, the flu and Covid-19. ... If you have any of these symptoms, whether it falls in the cold category, flu or Covid-19, please contact me to cancel your appointment. We can reschedule once you feel better (or test negative)!

Fun fact: I enjoy folding laundry/linens (or clothing)! In high school I worked in a clothing store that had a jean wall. I usually volunteered to fold and organize the wall throughout the day. There’s something tranquil and relaxing about it.

But I’ve been with the modern times for a few years now! I have a machine that accepts debit and credit cards. But also can accept e-transfers. ... I also offer automatic email confirmation for booking appointments, reminder emails with a self covid-19 screening, reminder texts or calls (your choice!) There’s usually lots of last minute inquires for appointments as people realize they have benefits left to use. So I highly suggest looking at your calendar and booking ahead! If the appointment time you are looking for is unavailable please ask to be put on a cancellation list! Just another reminder that due to COVID-19, there is no same day booking currently.
