Its massage time again!! I am officially back in the clinic June 5th. I'm fully booked for the 5th already, but still have some openings for next week. They will fill quick, so make sure to call in to book yours today. So excited to see you all again!

To my wonderful amazing clients. Ide like to reach out and say I hope all of you are doing well during this time. As you know PT Health has closed its doors for massage until April 1st or longer if need be to keep everyone as safe as possible and flatten the curve. I've also in keeping with that decided to not offer my mobile services or home services during this time. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me. In the meantime remember to practice deep br...eathing and utilize other modalities of relaxation on hand such as yoga at home, a nice warm bath, get out into nature for a walk or have a nice FaceTime tea/coffee date with a good friend or loved one. Maybe explore your creative side with some painting or knitting or take the time to finally read that book you've been wanting to read.
