RnR Team! We’re looking for part-time Field Service Staff for our technology client that provides live building operations data to property owners to improve facility operations efficiency. Especially with the need for increased cleaning frequency. This position is part time (2 - 4 shifts per week), mostly evenings and weekends, 4 - 6 hour shifts which could potentially increase and become a full time role for the right person. Company is looking to grow so they are looking... for a candidate who can work independently, pro-active and has a passion for new technology devices. Position: Our client is currently seeking entry level Field Service Staff in the GTA to maintain these new devices. The potential candidate must be able to perform basic tasks such as locating the devices placed on top corner of Bathroom Doors, replace Batteries and Stickers among other related activities. Full training will be provided and COVID-19 safety protocols will be our in place. Pay rate: $18/hour Job Responsibilities Ability to identify the specific devices in buildings. Replace AA and Coin-Cell Batteries in devices. Stick devices using supplied 3M Tapes and Magnets on designated surfaces. FedEx prepaid packages such as Ship old units and Receive 3M Tapes or AA Batteries. Communicate when on Client site to perform work via Email and/or Phone. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company Standards. Requirements No criminal record (Required). Ability to work evenings, overnight and weekends as needed. Own a Smartphone to locate Devices. (Required) Ability to safely reach and handle devices with own tools as needed. Verbal and Written English language communication skills as required. Education: Highschool Diploma or higher (Preferred). RnR! It’s very uncertain and scary times we are in at the moment with the COVID-19 Pandemic. I’m sure many of you have had shifts canceled and likely more will come. ... When you are out working gigs please take precautions so you can stay healthy and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Here are some helpful tips. Feel free to comment and add any other helpful tips. We need to work together to ensure a healthy relationship environment for everyone. 1. Wash your hands frequently with soap & water for at least 20 seconds. Especially before eating or preparing food. 2. Use hand sanitizer when you cannot wash your hands. 3. Check in with your manager before your shift in case there are any changes. 4. Notify your manager right away if you feel unwell. 5. Do not go to work if you are sick 6. If you have exposed to COVID-19 self isolate at home for 14 days. Do not work! 7. Sanitize all equipment you are working with after every interaction and at the start and end of your shifts. 8. Wipe down your phone with disinfectant wipes or sanitizer at least several times per day. 9. Avoid touching your face (eyes, nose and mouth) 10. Drink plenty of water. 11. Practice safe-cough etiquette. Cover your mouth. Wash hands or sanitize after. 12. Avoid touching surfaces such as rails, door knobs with your bare hands.
