Merry Christmas to all of you! I hope your day is full of love and family and laughter. Thank you for all the support this past year you all are the reason I get up and get it done everyday. I'm looking forward to the memories we will create together in this coming year.

I can't believe it's Christmas next week already! Next week will look different for us. Tuesday will be salon day as usual Wednesday will be the usual 12-8 and the rest of the week we will be closed. It has been a long haul mostly by myself here and I will be taking those days to rest and recharge. I hope you all find ways to enjoy this holiday season as weird as it may be.

Good day everyone! Tomorrow starts the newest rules for covid. We have started downsizing tables again already. We will only be allowed 4 people per table and they will now need to be 9 feet apart. We will also have to take contact info from you incase we have a case of covid that walks in. We will continue to clean and clean and clean. Masks are needed to come in yes even for pick up. These new guidelines do make things harder but it's what we must do if we want to keep prov...iding you with yummy food and cold drinks. As our tables become fewer and fewer calling ahead is always a good plan! I'm also often all on my own so at times the door will be locked with a number to call for service. Reminder masks are now mandatory! Please just comply and make our jobs easier. A small gesture that allows me to still provide table service for you all. I love getting to see you all for more than the pick up moment. Upside once you're seated at your table I still get to see your smiles you only have to cover them up while you're moving around. Thank you for your continued support during these weird times.

Apparently I'm in a baking mood. This is done and cakes for death by chocolate just came out of the oven. Spaghetti will be on tonight as well.

Well folks today starts the first page of year 3 for the Roadside! I want to say a great big THANKS to all of you who walk in our door. The customers like you guys who give us nothing but love and support who keep coming back again and again. You guys are the reason I get up to do it again every day. The reason I still get to be here in Borden doing all of this. This year has been an interesting one but you all have kept this place alive and have played a huge role in making sure we get to have year 3 when so many places are having to close their doors. So again Thank You!!! I look forward to what chapter 3 of Roadside will bring and I'm so glad to have you all with me come on down and have some cake with us today and if covid ever goes away you better believe we will have a party to celebrate this moment.

Thanksgiving weekend is coming up fast! The lovely Ashley is heading home to see her family and let's face it I'd love a lazy day so we will be closed on Sunday. Happy Thanksgiving everyone
