We need to force the industry that all the companies should pay drivers the commission based not stupid gauging flat rates. Plus prices should change monthly according to the fuel price. It should be illegal to charge the customers 5$/mile then paying the clueless so-called O/OP 1.8$/mile only and to company drivers only 0.40$/mile ... it’s 100% gauging, it’s 19% slave life. They need to change their glasses and see this abuse from the drivers point of view so maybe they can realize what they are doing to us is worst than a crime.
