September Housing Report Durham continues to see substantial growth across the board! A strong demand from buyers coming from markets in and around Toronto, has led to a lack of inventory in Durham Region. When comparing September 2019 to September 2020, the number of homes available for sale are down from 1,936 to 1,042! In addition to this, the number of sales have increased from 956 to 1,492 in September. ...
