I remember the first time I saw it, that could picture the three of us having meals together. Most condos I’ve seen don’t fit a table and my biggest concern was being able to sit and eat without the having distraction of the TV at the same time. It has smooth ceilings, pot lights in the dining and master, plus it's a split bedroom floor plan. The balcony is huge and it has 2 walk-outs! We have it listed for $529,900 and the exact same model sold in February for just under that. We know that if we had more time, we could have asked for a little more because the Spring Market is starting so we’re willing to offer it at a good value for a willing buyer. We would have wanted to ask a little higher as we need all the extra money we could get to afford what we’re buying, but we need to know our condo is sold we can finally have a 3 bedroom that we need. 9.6 million projected population by 2041 in the GTA...It looks like 2018 with the mortgage Stress Test will probably slow down or eliminate some buyers...projec...ted to be about 20% of them. However, with that much immigration on the horizon, is it possible that the Stress Test won’t have much of an affect on the real estate market in the GTA? Thoughts? See more
