Good Evening Everyone. I am writing this in response to the multiple messages I have received in regards to Covid-19 and the 2020 wedding season; as the weather gets nicer a lot of (presumptive) weddings are planned, some of you fear losing out on your big day, losing out on deposits for different venders, and losing your deposit with us at Roberts Catering. So here is our position with everything, as you’re aware we reserve the right to keep 50-100% of deposits; but with tha...t being said, you will not be penalized if you have to postpone or change your wedding day or the day of any event. We will hold your deposit, we will keep your current date held, and we will do every thing in our power to ensure we can provide you with your catering services on the new date if you need to change. This is a difficult, draining time for all; whether it be, mentally, physically, emotionally or financially and you should not have to worry about your wedding venders in the mix. I do ask anyone to reach out whether it be through our inbox or email ([email protected]) or telephone (9024122784) if you are changing your date, or thinking about changing your date, even if you don’t have a new date booked yet; reach out, get in contact, let’s work together during these trying times.
