#BlackCanadian author , Esi Edugyan, has won the Giller Prize twice for Half-Blood Blues and Washington Black. Washington Black is also on the 2019 Best Books for the College Bound list, a list for students and adults, alike, who aspire to or are in university or who just want to pursue lifelong learning. Black History is everyone's history, and we'll be celebrating BHM all year long with a year-long discussion of 'The Skin We're In' by Canadian author, Desmond Cole.
