My dad was a car mechanic. He could drive a car, listen to the sounds it made, figure out what was wrong with it, and then go in and fix it. I often think of the the way that I work with clients in a similar way: I get to listen to them talk about what they are experiencing, then we both get quiet and I listen to what their body is telling me. Its all interconnected. I can sit at your feet and notice something thats not right in your sinuses. I figure out what is going on ...in the body that is preventing it from doing the beautiful autoregulation that it is designed to do. I am a mechanic of human bodies but my job is not to fix it. Summertime sniffles are still a thing. Yes even though we are all being so careful and washing our hands, and bubbling and masking and distancing.... sniffles and sore throats can still happen.
