A good reminder for those who have been told they are a close contact to a positive case. Isolating for the full 14 days and following the directive of public health is very important. Just to avoid any potential confusion: no one from our centre (knock on wood) has been deemed a close contact due to a positive case from our child care facility. We are hopeful things stay this way. The educators are working hard daily as they social distance, wear masks and have enhanced cle...aning protocols to follow all day long. We are just posting because the more information we all have, the better we will be prepared when faced with this type of situation from work, school or even a child care setting during this pandemic. Stay safe, stay healthy, wash your hands often and always be kind to one another

Received our shipment of medical grade face masks from the government. All educators will now wear medical grade disposable masks during their workday with the exception of eating while on their break. We remind all parents and caregivers to please wear a mask at drop off and pick up even if you are picking up your child outside. Though outdoor play allows everyone to have a mask break, our educators will be wearing a mask outside if they are the one to interact with parents and caregivers upon arrival.
