It’s hunting, so for many, that means early mornings! It’s sooo easy to put a shake together to take along so today I’m having cinnamon roll protein (20grams of plant based fibre) with fibre boost (half the daily recommended value in just 1 scoop!) and greens balance (1 serving of fruits and veggies) and mixed with coconut milk and a touch of dark chocolate almond milk! Quick to make! Easy to pack along! Super tasty! And great for you!

I am so thankful for my friends and family but I am also thankful for Arbonne. This past week of fighting with a cold I enjoyed A LOT of Arbonne’s herbal tea and Bio-Hydria Herbal Infusion. I love a hot cup of tea with honey when I’m not feeling super great. I also found myself reaching for Arbonne’s Complete Hydration as well once a day. Lastly, my SuperCalm Cleanser was fantastic to use even with a sore nose! It didn’t burn or irritate my dry skin and helped add some extra moisture back into my skin. But I must admit, I haven’t had a fizz stick this past week but I’m sure I’ll make up for that today while making turkey dinner!

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! I, unfortunately, found myself a cold this past week so today is our turkey day now that I’m back feeling better! I love cooking a big meal, we can thank my mom for that! And I’m very excited to make turkey and all the fixings today and enjoy one of my mom’s Apple pies for dessert! I hope you all got to enjoy time with friends and family this past weekend or today!
