Restorative Yoga Great for all levels of ability . Easy supported yoga poses , held for 3 to 5 minutes to elleviate pain and encourage full mental relaxation ! This Thursday Jan 10th. .. 10 am to 11 am. ... 10 drop in fee ..or 50 for 6 classes . 2374 Laurier ( Rockland Oama )
