To say it’s taken a little longer then originally planned is an understatement, however it seems along this process the timing has been perfect, and this world has brought many new amazing humans into my life right when I needed them. This process of being a new business owner during a pandemic has taught me patience, understanding & most importantly to be kind in a world of unknowns. I would like to introduce you to our new staff. Myself, my daughter Talia, Katherine, Alys...sa, Maggie, Bella & Trista. Missing from this photo is Amy, Jessica & Sarah. Hello Roca House friends!! I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Christa Allingham, I am the new owner of the Rochdale Roca House. I am a mom to three kids, a wife and a real estate agent with Century 21 Dome. We are a sports family, hockey, football, lacrosse & dance. My husband Patrick and all three kids have incredible musical talents. The Roca House has always been one of my favourite places to go for a coffee & a visit with friends. I can tell you, I... am missing those moments so much. I grew up in a grocery store with my grandparents in Pilot Butte and later moved to Regina. It has always been a dream for me to carry those memories onto my own children. This past May, the universe lined up exactly as it needed to with this opportunity, so I jumped with both feet! If you have taken a drive by and have seen a little chaos inside, I am giving the Roca House a brand new look, with the same menu options. I am so happy to be bringing back some of the old faces behind the counter, but a few new ones too, including my two oldest kids. You will likely see my youngest behind the counter too! I am so excited to meet each and every one of you! We will be opening very soon!!
