Rochon Building Corp. is happy to update this great project we recently completed in the upscale neighborhood of Forest Hill, Toronto. This particular branch required a complete revitalization of the lower, main & second floor Interior. The old brick façade was opened up with Structural Steel members and enclosed with a modern slick Curtain Wall System generating a refreshed statement of modern Architecture for the neighborhood. Rochon is proud to have completed another high end interior and façade project for Scotiabank, and we look forward to many more in the future.

Our project at 15 Bramalea Road, in Brampton is moving along very quickly! Our team is working hard pouring approximately 550 - 600+m3 per pour... which is between 60 - 70 trucks each pour!

Rochon is extremely proud to have been selected to construct this brand new 3 Storey Office Building, complete with underground parking for one of North America’s largest energy infrastructure companies. This LEED building, designed by WalterFedy will feature aluminum tripled glazed window panels, and a green roof to help reduce C02 emissions, saving energy and making this building a terrific addition to the Toronto downtown. The amenities included in this modern structure will include things like open offices & meeting rooms, kitchens, as well as shower and locker facilities for staff. The German multinational company adidas known for its sportswear, will open its first large-format ‘halo’ store in Canada this summer in downtown Toronto. Rochon Building Corporation is proud to announce that we have been selected to construct this flagship store, designed by CORE Architects Inc The halo concept store merges several of the Adidas sub-brands under one roof while also offering an immersive customer experience. Various activation zones in halo stores include di...splays for Beyonce’s Ivy Park collection, Adidas by Stella McCartney, Y-3, Sustainable Stan Smith products and others. ‘The Maker Lab’ at the Dubai store gives customers the opportunity to customize designs. Technology in the halo stores include immersive RFID powered fitting rooms, digital walls displaying products such as footwear and smart ‘bring it to me’ app feature. The Adidas store will span more than 12,600 square feet, and will open at CF Toronto Eaton Centre in a retail space once occupied by Forever 21 on the mall’s second level.

Rochon Building Corp. is proud to bring you an update on this 4000 sq. ft., 2 storey building located in Brooklin, ON. The biggest challenge on this project is the size of the building vs. the size of the property. The tight space requires requires an exceptional amount of cooperation from the neighboring properties, to which we are very thankful. When taking on a project that has minimal space like this one has, a meticulous attention to planning and scheduling has to be the priority. Our Project Team has many years of experience working in tight spaces like this, and we have made this project move along ahead of schedule. Thanks to all involved!

We have been very busy over the past few months at Rochon, and are extremely proud to report that we have completed this project at 1250 Fischer-Hallman Rd in Kitchener! We are very grateful for the opportunity to have collaborated with the professional development team at ONE Properties, and Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. on this project. This nearly 400,000 SF project at 15 Bramalea Road is moving along quite nicely. The Building structure is up, Panels are nearly completely installed, the concrete apron has been poured, and paving has started. Many thanks to all members of the project team! Rochon Building Corporation is pleased to have completed this project for a well-established development company in Toronto. Our partners, Baldassarra Architects supplied the superior drawings, allowing us the ability to complete this project with very minimal disruptions or difficulties. This construction project consists of 5 new base buildings, which include a major financial institution, multiple restaurants, and a full gas bar. This development is adding some well-known retail outlets to a primarily residential and wooded area. Great job to all members of this Project team!
