HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! 2021 IS HERE. and we would like to wish you all a very HEALTHY, HAPPY upcoming tour around the sun!!!! 2020 threw everyone for a loop, but because of your friendship and loyalty, you made it much more pleasant and possible for RBCK to survive. ... With that being said...we are planning for the year ahead by taking one day at a time until we receive confirmation that the lockdown is lifted. An announcement from our government is expected this week. If things are re-opened, we will be back up and running on Saturday January 9th, at which time this month’s schedule and the registration for all programs will be posted. The upcoming programs will be: FAST TRACK: This class is for those who are already familiar with the movements and CrossFit lingo, but would like a refresher on proper technique and workout strategies before jumping in a regular class. Review the fundamental movements in a condensed program. This will be a 4-week program, running on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Start date to be determined. You may reserve a spot now Only 12 spots available. CROSSFIT KIDS: please check the CrossFit Kids FB page for updates TEENS: At this time, the Teens program is currently full. We are super stoked to welcome this guy as a new member of the RBCK coaching staff. Joel Richard successfully completed all the requirements for the CrossFit online Level 1 and will be a tremendous asset, bringing his dedication, drive, and witty personable character! Welcome aboard Joel!!
