Hey all. Not real happy about this particular post, but we're kind of in a spot here. 2 weeks ago, the price of our main product, potatoes, went from $12.97/bag to $21.97 bag. Almost double. Im being told it is a result of a cold wet harvest season which cut supplies. We have always tried to bring y'all some old fashioned goodness with quality products at a reasonable price, but this is kind of forcing our hand, So as of this week, all of our french fry items will increase by 50 cents. Im trying to hit this as lightly as possible. Hope everyone understands. Meanwhile we will continue to bring you the best, and possibly the only hand cut, double fried chips in the region, and and we will never compromise that quality that you have come to expect from us....Please share this post with your friends Sincerely...Tommy

Hey all. Looks like the weather is finally upon us. Its CHIP TRUCK SEASON!! Its great to see your smiling faces again, and a big welcome to our new friends and followers. Couple of things to bring to your attention. First of all, slight change in our hours to accommodate our friends who have early lunches. We will now be open 11:30 - 7:30 daily, 7 days a week. We are generally open by 11 anyway and you'll often find us hanging about until 8 just cleaning up. If your unsure, j...ust drop us a call or text at 226-240-7604. You can also use that number to call or text in pick up orders. Secondly we are sooo grateful for all of you guys who follow and support us. We get wonderful comments from y'all daily. Feel free to leave us a comment under reviews so that we know how we are doing for you and of course so any of our new friends just checking us out, get an idea of how y'all like our food so far. And lastly, for anyone new. We have our own way of doing things here at Tommy's. First stop in the morning is the local Aores bakery where we pick up our fresh buns. Next stop Dipietro meat market to our friend Chris for fresh daily ground beef, last stop No Frills down the street here is Preston to see our friend Kevin for fresh produce. After that, were here!!! Awesome day at the truck yesterday. The weather was beautiful, and y'all came out in droves. We were on the wire 50/50 as to whether to stay open for the holiday today. But given the fact that we are just about sold out of ground beef and a few other items, and mother nature is back to being uncooperative. I think we will take this day as a holiday and spend it with our own families. happy Victoria Day to all, and thanks to everyone who dropped out to see us this weekend. It was good to see everyone again. Business as usual again on Tuesday

New menu as promised.

So I'll try not to inundate y'all with too much activity. But its new season for us, spring has sprung, and were up and rolling, and very excited to share some cool new items on our new menu with you to this year. First up.. THE ROCHESTER HOT ! So my girlfriend Deb hales from Rochester NY. And every time I go there with her to visit. Im blown away by their burgers. Every good burger joint has their own version of what they call a hot sauce. Its a meat sauce, kind of like a ch...ili. Trust me, this stuff could taste good on a flip flop. Follow me here..fresh ground beef, smashed and seared on our flat top. Nestled on a soft fresh bun, baked daily by Cambridge's own Azores bakery, Topped with a white cheddar cheese slice, smothered with our own house made ROCHESTER HOT SAUCE, then a healthy heaping of finely chopped sweet Vidalia onion, and kissed with some ballpark mustard. And for you braver souls, we even top it with jalapenos. I dont want to scare anyone away here, on its own, its average Joe hot. Wont leave your lips tingling or anything. But Im pretty sure you'll be hooked. So HAPPY MAY 24 everyone, hope to see y'all out this weekend, and we got ROCHESTER HOT SLIDERS, all weekend long, just $3.50 a pop or 3 for $10. I need someone with a social media brain. Been trying to upload this new menu for a while now. Facebook wont let me upload a word document and I even tried changing it to a PDF file. So if anyone out there has teenagers that have it going on, please contact me...free burgers for life lol
