We love pools and ponds equally for completely different reasons. One thing we believe no matter the water space it should have a water feature. Our family was fortunate enough to grow up with a waterfall into our pool and it draws you outside! We climbed it, jumped off it, listened to it during dinner, and even on rainy days when you couldn't get in the pool the falls was on to enjoy from inside.

A refresh of an older sauna. This was a pine exterior finish that needed to be refinished too often to really feel like a luxury household experience, utilizing our lightweight faux stone panels we were able to reclad the exterior and make it a feature for the home. The rule is rarely bigger is better because with size most count on the sheer volume of water to impress vs all the small details that can manipulate water into individual works of art. This waterfall is an exception. The sheer volume is impressive but so much time and energy was put into thinking how the water would flow, creating ridges, crevices, platforms and utilizing the natural faces of the limestone to its fullest effect. Starting in on some details! 35 years in and every project requires adaptation of techniques, our samples were painted with brush and sponge, truthfully a very slow process in every way.
