Winter may have taken its time coming, but it’s definitely here now.

Gotta say it’s really nice to have a tractor that fires up whenever you want it to, winter and all! We had hoped to balegraze this winter, allowing us to leave the tractor turned off; but we have turned to unrolling the hay each day, which makes more efficient uses of our limited feed resource. As a side benefit, the manure and any waste hay is well spread and trampled throughout the pasture, which will be a huge benefit to the soil come spring!
