Rockwood is groomed by the city of Saint John and back trails by a dedicated group of volunteers. If you haven’t tried Winter biking, add it to the bucket list ! Pssssst. There’s also a couple of restaurants open at Rockwood for an apres bike toddy or hot chocolate

FYI From GNB: "Wearing face masks is mandatory in public spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor public spaces include parks, playgrounds, markets, festival sites, dog parks, and walking trails. A mask is not required while walking, jogging or cycling with people in the same bubble, where they are unlikely to encounter people, or risk coming within two metres of, people from outside their bubble." Emera New Brunswick maintains its pipeline and right-of-way in a manner that is safe and protects the environment. We will be mowing a section of the Brunswick... Pipeline right-of-way that runs through Rockwood Park today and tomorrow. It should not interfere with the trails however, if you are off the trail system and see the mowing happening please maintain your distance. Just like mowing your own lawn there is always a risk of flying debris and keeping your distance from equipment will help to keep you safe. See more

So glad that new folks have discovered a couple of our SJ parks! We are so lucky to be able to get back to nature in the heart of our city!

For the purpose of this poll, that would... include current and retired military, police, fire, ambulance paramedics, nurses and doctors. This is not a trick. It all for a good reason.
