Dear Competitor, It is with regret that we write to inform you that we have been left with no alternative but to cancel the Renegade Off-Road Challenge in Kelowna this year. Due to very low numbers it will not be financially viable for us to proceed with this event. There is a huge cost involved not only with marshalling and medical support in this remote area but also with the necessary course safety preparation. We have been trying very hard to reach a level that would ...allow us to proceed, even at a small loss, however we have not had the interest from competitors to make this possible. We understand how frustrating and upsetting this news will be for everyone involved as our team are equally upset in having to cancel such a fantastic event. We will fully reimburse your entry fee immediately to all registered athletes. Please accept our sincere apologies for the cancellation and we hope you can appreciate our decision.
