The Ottawa Real Estate market is starting to trend towards how the market was pre-COVID, with the exception of showing logistics. Key data like new listings, number of sales, and prices are all trending upwards as seen in these graphs from the Ottawa Real Estate Board. The Boards latest report for the month of May is showing an average increase in residential sales prices up 11.2% over a year ago, with an average sale price of $548,140.
