A message to our players: On behalf of the coaches and the Tulis family, we hope you're doing well in these challenging times. While it can be difficult to have so many things change all at once, we know how strong and determined each of you are, and are proud of the way you're keeping your friends and families safe by listening to your parents! Being a Roman Tulis player means respecting and supporting the people around you; you've been training for this. While ev...eryone is staying at home to keep our communities safe, it's also important to take care of our mental and physical health by doing things that we enjoy. That's why the coaches have put together some drills and challenges that can be done at home in your basements, backyards, or driveways. Last week, we recorded 20+ activities for you to maintain your fitness, keep your soccer skills sharp, and have some fun. All you need to participate is a ball (it doesn't have to be a soccer ball, anything will do) and a few cones (you can use water bottles, cans, shoes, etc...). Stay Tuned! Lots of love, Nicole Tulis, your coaches, and the Tulis family See more
