If you really want to know what's going on with real estate in your neighbourhood these days during this Covid 19 Virus pandemic, please message me personally. I can let you know about the most recent real estate activity on your street and neighbourhood. Don't believe everything you read! Newspapers like to create a negative spin on real estate when...ever they can. For the real truth talk to someone who actually sells homes for a living! Yes, houses are still being shown (with some precautions and restrictions in place) and homes are still being sold. The market has slowed down a bit, especially in the upper price ranges, but there is lots of activity in the mid and lower level price ranges. Stay well and be safe my friends! :) Ron
