Winterizing the Aerothermal heat pump so its protected from the coming snow.

This was built to protect the heat pump and to provide a space for a back-up generator. Photos of: Prepping the exterior wall, Setting cedar poles, framing in the structure, and the completed build. Gonna have to wait till spring for the paint.

Blower fan on a furnace was making noises like high pressure gas leaking from a plugged nozzle. Carrier recommended replacing the unit, the "Roundtoitguy" removed, inspected, tightened and lubricated it, and saved the homeowner almost $150.00 (after my wages) Remember...... repairs are good stewardship, Eco friendly, and cost effective.

I love it when I finally find the part I'm looking for when doing a project. IT'S THE LAST PIECE! now the trim and clean up and this new floor install will be complete.
