Rondy’s Face Painting

If we struggled today, may we remember that we also gave love and received it. May that love be enough to carry us into tomorrow. If we sighed with impatience or frustration, may we remember that we were also free with our kindnesses, that we brought and felt joy. May that joy be enough to carry us into tomorrow. If we felt overwhelmed, may we remember that we also guided our children and nurtured and taught them. May we know that this work is sacred. May that knowledge be ...enough to carry us into tomorrow. And if, today, we found the news of the world too terrible to bear -- if we felt, yet again, angry and powerless in the face of suffering and evil -- may we remember that that through the small acts of resistance and liberation we have practiced -- acts of love, and joy, and nurturing -- we are helping to carry all those who are dear to us, to make tomorrow better. Year end playschool parties are such fun to paint for!

The Prince Charles community league folks are troupers! Outside, in the snow and rain, greeting neighbours and friends and coming together in community. Thanks for having me at your event!
