I totally subscribe to intermittent fasting. It's what I do for a while now and is the best way to maintain a great body with the least amount of work. My twist is to use transdermal nutrition to supply the body with nutrients without calories, which makes the fasting easier and more enjoyable. The research on fasting, and my own practice of it, has led me to believe that it is a sustainable way to stay in great shape while enjoying food. Eating only at night, I have a lot of more energy now than before because I am not digesting food all day. It took me a while to figure out how to get it to work for me, but I love fasting. Unfortunately it's not a social thing to do with family and friends, but because I am good at it, I get to break the rules and eat when I am wi...th them. I am a longevity enthusiast, and fasting is proven to increase the years on the living. My personal twist is that I take in transdermally a lot of superfoods with negligible amounts of calories to supply me with nutrients. Eating through the skin is probably the best way to get past the potential bad taste of supplements and to provide the digestive system a little rest.

Getting old is natural; staying well-maintained requires intelligence. To decide to maintain your most valuable asset (your body) requires very specific skill sets. I enjoy lifting weights, and I found ways to like them. Those who hate lifting weights do it because of the importance of being fit. One way or another, doing the right thing is what is most important.
