As we move into June, now that these restrictions have been lifted, Roofing with Hart is eager to begin our season helping you with your installations, repairs, and general roofing needs. We want to assure you, that our team has been actively planning and preparing to return to work; while providing each other and you the ability to stay safe and healthy. We have updated our practices to include physical distancing. For example, we now offer digital and virtual communication with our customers, including providing quotes, consultations, and sending invoices digitally. As a reminder, inspections quotes can be done without any contact between representatives and clients. We would also like to send our thanks to all those that are still needed on the front lines such as medical workers and those who work to facilitate our essential supply chain. We sympathize with, and praise those, who are exercising ...proper self isolation and social distancing. This is the time of year when we normally start a new season of work. We want to assure our clients and neighbours that we are taking the coronavirus situation very seriously and the health and safety of our employees and community is our number one priority. As of Tuesday March 24th at 11:59 pm, the Province of Ontario has ordered the closure of all non-essential businesses. In accordance with this order, we will be postponing all new installations until the province has deemed it safe and responsible to return to our regular work schedule. At this time, we are seeking clarification on how we can properly deal with emergency situations such as storm damage and leaking water. We will update this information for you as it is provided to us. Please continue to contact us for all the services we provide, and we will look to provide them safely and with the same quality and expertise as we have always done. We would like the opportunity to earn new business, so we will still be providing quotes and proposals for any new work to those who request it.
