Rooftop Yoga is closed because of the pandemic. We have decided to play it safe. When things have calmed down, we will be back in action. Until then, stay safe dear yogis. Namaste.

Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath tonight at 7:15! Register here: https://www.rooftopyoga.ca/ These special classes combine a yin yoga practice with the healing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls and chimes to relax and heal your whole body.... Yin yoga is done primarily on the floor. Each pose is held for long enough to get into the connective tissues of the body (tendons, fascia and ligaments) to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. The longer holds also allow us time to be still and really listen to both the body and the mind. By adding the live, healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls and gongs, you are able to get into a deep state of relaxation while the sound vibrations heal the body. Here are just a few of the many benefits to a sound bath experience: Stress Reduction Depression Reduction Anxiety Reduction Insomnia Reduction Muscular-skeletal Pain Reduction High Blood Pressure Reduction Boosting the Immune System Illness Prevention
