How will they remember this?

Have you ever wondered what's in the abundant amounts of saliva you produce while doing breath work? It turns out that the answer is lots of good stuff and less of the bad stuff. A child who grew up in India not liking the pranayama he was made to do went on to become a scientist who discovered that there are at least 20 proteins produced in the saliva when doing breath work, including a nerve growth factor that those with Alzheimers are known to be very low in, and many other protective factors. It's also lower in inflammatory markers than regular saliva. Aren't our bodies amazing? We breathe poorly for decades and as soon as we breathe well, our internal pharmacy kicks in and produces all sorts of goodies for us. Enjoy the video!

Heavy breathing exercises for detoxification! Knowing drunkards have been using this trick for eons. Now there's science to back it up. For what it's worth, my thinking is you probably don't need a machine to help off gas alcohol/recover from hangovers. Tummo/Wim Hof Method/pranayamas balance carbon dioxide through cycles of heavy breathing and breathholding. #lostart #breath #breathwork

What’s in your cage?

A man was asked to paint a boat. He brought his paint and brushes and began to paint the boat a bright red, as the owner asked him. While painting, he noticed a small hole in the hull, and quietly repaired it. When he finished painting, he received his money and left.... The next day, the owner of the boat came to the painter and presented him with a nice check, much higher than the payment for painting. The painter was surprised and said You've already paid me for painting the boat Sir! But this is not for the paint job. It's for repairing the hole in the boat. Ah! But it was such a small service... certainly it's not worth paying me such a high amount for something so insignificant. My dear friend, you do not understand. Let me tell you what happened: When I asked you to paint the boat, I forgot to mention the hole. When the boat dried, my kids took the boat and went on a fishing trip. They did not know that there was a hole. I was not at home at that time. When I returned and noticed they had taken the boat, I was desperate because I remembered that the boat had a hole. Imagine my relief and joy when I saw them returning from fishing. Then, I examined the boat and found that you had repaired the hole! You see, now, what you did? You saved the life of my children! I do not have enough money to pay your 'small' good deed. So no matter who, when or how, continue to help, sustain, wipe tears, listen attentively, and carefully repair all the 'leaks' you find. You never know when one is in need of us, or when God holds a pleasant surprise for us to be helpful and important to someone. Along the way, you may have repaired numerous 'boat holes' for several people without realizing how many lives you've save. Your kindness gives others more room to breathe......

So, my professional profile was accepted on this site today and literally 5 minutes later a person called and said, Where have you been??? I have been looking for exactly what you offer. Happy Monday. The door is open.

Room to Breathe 12.06.2020

Happy Monday!! Here is a 4 minute stress busting breathing routine. You will feel AMAZING after. My notes to add to the video: Exclusive nasal breathing is a priority while doing this. Nitric oxide is builds up in the sinuses. So if you mouth breath you will just feel achy and tired. Go only as fast as you can without reverting to mouth breathing. This isn’t about the speed of reps as much as it is about form and consistency. If you wear masks all day at work, this is your ...new coffee break routine!! Take the mask off. Do it outside, or alone in the bathroom if you have to. Again, you will feel AMAZING. Try it now. https://youtu.be/VQ3BaInlWeI

Safety tip #1: Masks need to be changed EVERY TIME: 1. You cough or sneeze in one or when breathing normally until damp. Not moist, not wet, just a little damp.... 2. You touch the mask on the front. Only use the straps to make adjustments. For full time workers and students who wear them that’s up to 6 masks a day. Don’t forget to wash your hands every time you touch or change a mask. Be prepared as you follow Covid-19 protocols in your area.
