Dear Roosters’ Customers and members of the Carleton Community, Roosters’ has been given the go a head by Carleton to once again open our doors to you and will be doing so with a select menu and minimal staffing on August 24th, 2020. During these uncertain times this is not a privilege we here at Roosters have taken lightly, we have made significant changes to ensure your and our safety. Changes which include but are not exclusive to; Limiting in store traffic, social d...istancing floor marking, extra disinfecting measures in public spaces, hand sanitizer stations, employees wearing masks and gloves while preparing orders and encouraging non cash transactions by removing our debit surcharge. We will also be reducing our business hours to Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with our closing time varying with customer demand. We would like to encourage you to make use of our online ordering system you can find at bit.ly/roostersonline. There will be an express line for online order pick up so you can minimize your wait time in store. You will also be able find us on UberEats for delivery. Stay safe and we hope to see you soon!

Dear Rooster's Friends, With the ever evolving concern over COVID-19 and Carleton transitioning all classes online over the next few days, Roosters will remain open but we will be adjusting our hours, staffing levels and policies accordingly. These adjustments included the following: Hours of Operation:... Monday - Friday............8am - 6pm* Weekend.......................Closed *closing times may vary with level of business Staffing: Rooster's will be operating on a skeleton crew of employees who have chosen to continue working. Policy: For the time being Roosters will not be accepting personal travel mug nor will we be filling personal water bottles. If you need to fill a water bottle, there is a filling station down the hall, on the right hand side, just past Barker Grill. We hope to be able to return to these sustainable practices when it is in everyone's best interest to do so. We will also be removing communal hot beverage lids, stir sticks and napkin dispensers. These items will be provide at time of purchase or upon request. Milk and cream at the creamer stations will be placed in thermal containers which will be easy to clean and sanitize on a regular basis. With everyone's health and safety at the utmost paramount during this time we have ramped up our normal sanitation of counters, debit terminals and communal areas. Additionally, there will be a hand sanitizer station at the front door and we ask everyone to make use of this station upon entry of Roosters. If you are not comfortable waiting in line we recommend our online ordering system which allows you to order from our menu from your cell phone or computer. This service will allow you a quick visit to our location with minimal interaction with others if that is what you prefer. Rooster's will continue to diligently monitor recommendations from public health officials, asses the situation and adjust our operations accordingly.
