I found these beauties @famous.fritz the other day and after a brief chat with my father in law - really brief, he just nodded his head while my mother in law told me his recipe- I tackled them last night!! ... Oh man were they good!!! So Del says - 350 degrees for an hour then 250 for another hour or so or until you can put your fork through them. Uncovered - seasoned only with salt & pepper. ... ...
