Did you watch my story? I’m drying some beautiful rose petals to preserve their essence and create beautiful concoctions with them. I currently make a Grounding and Protection spray for myself and clients. I’m excited to experiment with these beautiful petals!! So far I’m think rose water (can do so much with it), bath salt blends, yoni steam blends, and... any suggestions/requests?!

My little Bodhi Bear wasn’t feeling good this morning. He may have a little cold, thought his little snot bubble was comical! He’s perked up now and playing with his buddy Elvis. A little about me: not my daughter but my beautiful niece. I do not have kids. I stumbled into my first Healing Touch course in 2008. I completed my certification in 2011. Between 2008 and 2011 were some of my hardest growing periods healing my stuff before I could work fully with others I stopped drinking when I was 23 years old and quit smoking pot at 24... I’m 36 now.... once I started discovering my gifts there was no turning back. When I’m in that zone it’s where I’m the happiest and it’s my biggest passion. I really love my clients and their experiences. I have taken many different trainings and love learning so will always continue to grow my tool belt. I’ll tell you more about my offerings another day. I work out of my home in Saskatoon, my mom’s house in Northern Sask and offer distance sessions I love getting energy work from others and trying different modalities. I have quit smoking almost for 3 years. It has been a battle for years. I lived in Calgary for 13 years and never thought I’d live in Sask again. I moved back as I knew my Dad had one year left to live and I wanted to be closer to him and my mom. I helped my mom care for him through his last year of life. I’ve held the hand of two people dying and it’s something I would never regret. I found the experience to be quite spiritual. I’m a doula so have been to a few births, that is also a spiritual and empowering experience! Love what a woman’s body can do! I came up with the name Rooted Energy while I worked as an admin for Geriatric Mental Health while sitting in my cubicle brain storming with my dear friend @maureengording I don’t like to call myself a healer it takes away from the client’s work and experience and is ego. I hold space for people to heal. I have had many great earth guides in my life as well a spirit guides that I work with. I think that’s enough about me for now! See more
