Happy New Year everyone! 2015 has been so cold so far, but come in to my toasty warm room for some reflexology! I even have an electric blankie to keep you warm.

As some of you may already know, I've been out for the week because of an injury in my hands. Overuse and tightness in my neck have made my hands go numb. After many days of physio and Chiropractor, I am no longer numb in one hand and the other one is coming around. I am at work now and able to take clients.
