Had so much fun with Jill McAbe on her LinkedIn Live this afternoon chatting (and laughing). We chatted about what stops us from showing up as our authentic selves, and my tips to bring more of our fabulous realness back into the the world. I would love to hear what you thought. Leave your comments or questions ... https://www.linkedin.com//jill-mcabe_how-to-show-up-as-you

What'ca'doin' this Friday (October 30) at 3pm EST (or for my more local-er peeps 1:00pm MST)? Me? I will be joining the fierce Jill McAbe LIVE (know you KNOW it will be real and authentic) on her LinkedIn Live - It's Go Time: The Show. We will be chatting about showing up as your authentic self, unleashing your voice and likely so many other fun things since that is who we are! Wanna join? Follow the link to the LinkedIn Event page, and click that you are attending. Make s...ure you are following Jill (for this and a whole host of reasons). Then on Friday, at the magic time, we will show up on your feed. Would love to see you there...and don't forget to bring your questions!

As a successful talent strategist, Karen Horton knows the magic that happens with the right person with the right skills meets the right organization. She also knows the huge time, energy and financial commitment hiring can be and the tremendous cost of hiring the wrong person. This #FierceWomanEntrepreneur created HireWell to help business owners bring the right people into their work-family, while avoiding the long frustrating hours (not to mention the money and energ...y) wasted during in an unproductive search. Karen is experienced, poised and brilliant, but that doesn’t always equal being seen and heard. Karen shared a story about searching for her first company car. The sales agent only spoke to her husband, ignoring Karen and discounting her input. She didn’t say anything at the time and like many of us spent a lot of time afterwards thinking about what she could have said. She points to experiences like that one as emboldening her to strive to do better for those she works with. If you need help with any aspect of communication including ensuring your passion and messages are being heard, asking for the support you need, having greater influence and impact, or articulating the value of your services, I can help. DM me I would love to hear everything you have been dying to say out loud.

Libby Wildman has been boldly kicking ass for decades in an industry traditionally dominated by men. This Fierce Woman Entrepreneur is a powerhouse, blending her grounded confidence with an incredibly generous spirit. Libby hasn't always felt she the right to use her voice. ... In her mid 30s, as a single mom of 2 young kids, her reputation, brand and sought-after clientele led her to be asked to join a partnership with 3 older men. She was creating a helluvalotta revenue for the partnership, her partners tried to take a larger share than they were entitled to. Libby did not feel comfortable standing up for herself, & felt increasingly taken advantage of. Eventually she left to again create her own business. With help, she gained the confidence to express her value and worth, which empowered her to grow her own business exponentially. Now she only chooses partnerships with the knowledge of the value she brings to any table. Libby continually shares her wisdom & herself with those around her. She recently launched Liminal Escapes, a series of retreats for people to learn, connect, and create experiences together. If Libby's story sounds familiar, and you need help using your voice to ensure you are claiming what you deserve, I can help. DM me I would love to chat.

I enter this new week with an extra sense of gratitude. About 7 months ago, I followed a spark of an idea - to have conversations with women entrepreneurs. Audacious, bold, kind, generous women who have designed their own entrepreneurial journey, collecting successes, lessons and fierceness along the way. I shared a tiny (tiiiinnnyy) bit of their journey, and the wisdom they shared with me through my Fierce Woman Entrepreneur Spotlight series.... This week, after introducing you to a few more of these fierce women, I will be closing off the spotlight series with one of my most favorite women entrepreneurs. And I am grateful. Grateful for the connection. Grateful for the laughter. Grateful for the kindness. Grateful for the generosity. Grateful for the lessons. And truly grateful for the wisdom...which I have only begun to share.
