"Crossfire" Reworked after the gesso incident
Introducing my new exercises in freedom with paint. This one was going to be called "Crossfire"...due to my unbound joy and excitement over the process I didn...t read my labels and mistakenly covered it with gesso thinking it was the gloss medium...Hence it shall now be titled "Miss-fired"...I think it can be salvaged but it will need a lot of reworking. Pet portraits. I recently finished this one of "Tia".

"Sonhos" Sometimes dreams are in color. Colors blending on my sheet of paper come into focus as I use my imagination and see forms develop. Much like looking for shapes in the clouds.
"Sonho" dream...Sometimes dreams are in color!
Painting number 1..."DayDream"
Well... Up until last week I bemoaned the fact that I hardly had a moment to myself let alone time to paint. It looks like that will not be the case for a while! I plan to paint and paint and paint...while I have the opportunity. After this nasty business is all over I may just have to start a new business with what is produced...I will see how things develop. I will miss my babies so much but at least I have another love to keep me busy...oh besides Isaac of course!
Why limit yourself to paint? Color comes in many forms
Box of Rocklets...take one! They will be yours for the taking at the St. Jacobs outlet mall (second floor) this Saturday. $2.00-20.00
Been busy in the garden...no time to paint today...Actually not much time to paint this year, pretty much! Sometimes you have to lift your head out of the canv...as or paper and be in the picture. Smell the roses! Life is happening all around and I dont want to miss that either. Another grandchild on the way...The paints will have to wait! See more
