Most of us know that physical exercise is great for our health. Like the body, it's also important to exercise the mind. Reading is one of the best ways to give our brains a workout. Try reading a new type of book that you haven't read before - fiction instead of a biography for a change! Our Rose Cottage Visiting Volunteers help our clients enjoy the things that they used to, while they and their families cope with a life limiting or progressive illness.... Connect with Rose Cottage today!
