The Rosedale Club 16.11.2020

Hello to all Rosedale Club Members! We cannot adequately express how much we miss seeing all of you at the Club! We can imagine (and some of you have communicated with us) how much you miss being here! We are excited to have you back just as soon as we are able to. We can give you a quick update on what has been happening at the Club. We may be closed, but the Club is far from quiet! Here is what we have been up to:... CLEANING! Yes, you read that correctly! A whole crew of just two people (yes, you read that correctly as well, TWO!) are making sure that every spot that can be reached has been vacuumed, polished, dusted and disinfected, FROM THE CEILING TO THE FLOOR. This is a massive undertaking, but upon your return, you will be walking into a very fresh and happy space! We are very happy with the results so far, but the finish line is still not in sight! There is more work to be done and we will keep rolling up our sleeves until we have reached every corner! Our expectation is that you have been working on your fitness goals in the best way you can. So that we may continue to help you stay fit, healthy, boost your immune system and increase your "happy hormones", the Rosedale Club has posted on YOUTUBE a series of workouts just for you! Thank you, Judi, Celton, Leigh, Amber, and Heather for getting this series kickstarted. Bootcamp, Barre, Dance, Stretch, and Pilates should keep you busy. While you are sweating it out with this launch of workouts, we will be busy creating more. If you have a workout request in mind, we want to hear it! No promises, but let's hear it! Rosedale Family, We hope you are all keeping well! Until we are able to open up again, we wanted to provide you with some at-home workouts. This workout, created by one of our amazing personal trainers, @@maiia_fit is super easy to complete at home and requires no gym equipment. The best way to stay positive and healthy is to KEEP ON MOVING. You got this! Circuit #1... 3 sets of each, with 1 minute rest in between -Glute Bridge (x20) -Step-Ups (x20) -Jumping Jacks (x20) Circuit #2 3 sets of each, with 1 minute rest in between -Pushups (x20) -Tricep Dips (x20) -Jump Squats (x20) Circuit #3 3 sets of each, with 1-minute rest in between -Back Rows (x12 each arm) -Bicep Curl/Shoulder Press (x15-20) -Mountain Climbers (x20 each leg) Circuit #4 3 sets of each, with 1-minute rest in between -Toilet Paper Tap Planks (Hold for 60 seconds) -Lower Ab Leg Raises (x20)
