Week #49 I am so grateful that I got up out of bed and put my feet on the floor While we are still in orange zone here in Quispamsis NB, I choose to cherish every moment and Just Be I am choosing to focus on the positive of 2020.....I am choosing to look at 2020 with 20/20 vision.... I am choosing to see & clear what limits me to live and serve more clearly now 2020 has given so much more time to meditate, be with nature and rest in the silence ......

Week # 44 I am so grateful for SELF FOREGIVENESS I have been a Journey Practitioner for 15 years now, where has the time gone? When I read The Journey by Brandon Bays, I was a called to serve and I never looked back; some might call me a Pastor without a bible. A calling so deep that it has given me the tools to help guide people into forgiveness of people that they never thought they would ever be able to forgive. Over the years I have been a witness to some pretty ho...rrific stories, stories that you would be quite difficult to forgive and I feel so grateful that most people that I have guided have been able to forgive the souls of others. The biggest gift I find is when people forgive themselves for the role which they feel that they played. I have been a witness many times to people allowing 100% of forgiveness for themselves and for this I am truly grateful. If you could look into the mirror and see love in the eyes shining back at you, after you have 100% forgiven yourself; this is the best gift you could give your soul. Many Blessings, Rose

Week #33 I am so grateful for our (what I call our old Hippy Van) This old girl has got us through many travels and has been very loyal. From many trips to Maine, a trip to Virginia piled high with Nick & Nat hockey gear, in the middle of the night airport pick ups & drop offs, many trips to N.S. for clinic , Villa Madonna Journey travels, pick ups drop offs and shared space for grocery shopping with Julie in the heat with no air conditioning. All fun times to remember and to be grateful for. I always say to Al how much I love this old Van...almost time to let you go

Week #32 I am so grateful when I get to experience heaven on earth

Week #31 I am so grateful to have 4 Lavender plants blooming this year I started with one and now have 4 from transplanting each year. I decided to try a little harvest to make some sachets.... the first picture is the plant after harvest (had to leave some for the bumble bees) If anyone has some tips please let me know. So far cut, flowers are off the stems and next step to dry the flowers! It just smells amazing here right now! Who knows maybe I will have a crop for Young Living someday

In January 2020 I decided to make a post every week on what I am grateful for. It has been an interesting year for sure to share in this way! So far by doing this it has helped see the good in the world; even on the darkest days. Gratefulness has helped me feel the love that is here for me and for each and every one of us when we allow our hearts to open and receive what has been waiting for us all along ....love, light, joy, happiness ....hope. Hello everyone: I have been keeping you all in my prayers. I want you to know that Sue & I are missing the Clinic and our together time with you. As Sue and I move forward to prepare the Clinic to reopen, be assured that our understanding of the current guidelines is clear and we are willing to change with the times. We will be following both the government and association guidelines as they are provided to us and we will be taking every precaution needed so that you will f...eel safe in the clinic. We are currently placing orders for PPE and sanitizing products that are required for the reopening to happen. Yes, some procedures will be a bit different, but these are different times and we will do what has to be done. We will keep you all updated when we have a better idea on the reopening date for the clinic for in-person Naturotherapy and Acupuncture appointments. In the meantime, while we prepare to open the clinic to do treatments in person, I would like to introduce you to the opportunity to do Virtual Naturotherapy Treatments. Although not all Naturotherapy treatments can be done virtually, Guided Visualization Technique (The Journey Method) can be offered. Some insurance companies are covering Virtual Naturotherapy. As each Insurance company has their own set of rules, I would recommend that you call your insurance provider to ask if you are covered for Virtual Naturotherapy before contacting me to book your Virtual appointment.
