The good news is that any variable-rate mortgages, lines of credit, or credit cards are still at low rates from the previous rate drops and many are continuing to avoiding unnecessary interest! As year-end comes to a close, we will surely begin to see more concrete reports on the effect that COVID-19 has had on our... economy and communities. There has been significant government stimulus, however, it is yet to be determined what the outlook on housing and the economy might be.
